“I have now stayed at the Atrio three times in the past 5 years. This was my first visit since Jan 2020 (just before the pandemic). The people, the location, and the service is outstanding (as always). I would stay here again for just those reasons. I do feel the this hotel might have suffered economically during the COVID years. The rooms are getting just a bit dated. ”

“Not located in central area so expect some inconvenience, the room quite comfortable and the staff also very nice and helpful.”

“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”

“No pude hospedarme en este lugar. Mi reservación no le llego a la propietaria y el lugar no estaba preparado para mí arribo y tuve que seleccionar otro hotel. Les pido de favor revisar mi caso para que me sea retornado lo cargos realizados a mi tarjeta de crédito Atte Abel Treviño”
