“Loved the location. Staff was very friendly. The bathrooms could use a little refresh and the air conditioning could use some work. Overall the room was clean and the beds were fantastic!! ”
“Checking in was OK, had to wait for room but we were early and they did store our luggage. The only issue was the sofa bed had no linen and we had to wait for hours to get someone to bring us some linen. My husband finally had to go find someone to get it. Otherwise everything was good. ”
“Good service good staffs! We got early check-in in the morning cos I am a member of Marriott Group. WiFi speed fast. They did very good in details. A lot of USB plugs and surprisingly they hv ionic hair dryer. Good location which is close to subway and train station. ”
"We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again."
