Front desk girls were rude, room was dirty… no trash can liners, no remote for one of the tvs, couch cushions and throw pillows in disarray. I know it’s not a 5 start hotel but do better :(

There was hair in the bathroom and shower both had to be cleaned (by us) to make it acceptable. The staff for the most part were very friendly and happy to help, the woman who worked both days of our stay on the morning shift was rude and seemed much more interested in her self grooming, and was annoyed that she had to stop that activity and help a paying customer.

After seeing the room with broken cabinets, nail polish on the walls and dirty, I asked for a refund and went to a cleaner hotel.

Very nice area and very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend and stay here again myself. Clean room, comfortable bed. Nice area for pet walking.
