Our rooms were right off the I-80 freeway. The a/c poise somewhat dampen the traffic noise but it was extremely difficult to sleep. Both rooms were not only not cleaned, but even the trash cans were not even emptied. I mentioned this occurrence while checking out but the manager in turn was not even concerned or too busy to address my grievances. Will not stay there again.

My room had wallpaper peeling from the walls, a pregnancy test left in bathroom and trash on mini fridge, windows had black tape peeling and hanging off them and only scalding melt your flesh off water and no cold water working at all. Had to move rooms at 2 am which was a total pain since the new room was in a different tower and there was no bellhop service at that time so I had to fetch a luggage cart myself which I had to give my ID for and then after moving my things without any help bring back the luggage cart to get my ID back. The new room was clean and nicer than the first however it sounded like howling wind and the phone had all the buttons missing.

Comfortable bed. I slept so good that i was ready to gamble again the next day. Loved your restaraunt, it had good service, clean and affordable.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Pros: Plenty of free parking. Nice gym. Great water pressure in showers.
Cons: 46 dollar resort fee is more expensive than Las Vegas. Pool water was extremely dirty. Right next to major highway and windows were ineffective, so very noisy.

This property is convenient to my work, large comfortable rooms with. Big bathroom, bathtubs and a Keurig and refrigerator. All amenities I appreciate. The down side is limited finding options at the hotel. I book resort tower so I am in the non smoking non casino side with easy entrance to
the hotel tower. It's an older hotel but not trashed or run down. If you like brand new and modern this is not for you. Clean, comfy, spacious.

Had a wonderful time here at the resort My GIrlFriend and I both loved it. The room was perfect with an amazing view id recommend this place and am definetly coming back here on my next vacation!!!

Loved everything about this place except lack of microwave to warm up your leftovers. I requested one & they said they didn’t have any & didn’t offer that. I asked if they had one in the lobby for use & they did not. It was very inconvenience considering other hotels have microwaves.

The property is run down. I went to my room to find a homeless man running through my floor with security chasing him. The parking was bad and far. Dinning was limited and overall the property is poorly kept.

Housekeeping poor, requested 7am, again at 4pm, at least clean towels and empty trash, no respose went to front desk at 5:30, and asked for clean towels, still no response at6:50. We canceled dinner reservations. We spent day at soccer turnament and Virginia city. Really needed shower. Also utilized pool prior evening.

We had an excellent stay at the Nugget Hotel in Sparks! The staff provided impeccable service, spacious and clean rooms, and fantastic amenities. They were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

Hot and cold faucets only ran hot water. Same for bathtub. Changed to a different room. Toilet tank ran continuously after first flush. Maintenance came quickly and repaired inner part of toilet tank.
Rest of room was fine!
