"Great place to stay. "

"I had brought 10 people down for a work trip and had plenty of room to spare! The rooms were very spacious, and everyone was able to have an en suite. my check in process was difficult at first, but quickly realized it was my mistake as I was trying to enter the code into the lock box and not on the door keypad. I called and received a call back shortly after! Great response time! I will say that there are some minor things that need to be addressed from the owner: Microwave house was falling off Both trash/recycling slide outs, do not really slide out Both dishwashers were not working properly. One didn't shut and the other was missing the wheels on the bottom rack. So, we ended up cleaning dishes by hand. Grill needs to be repaired. The ignitor doesn't work and most of the burners are rusted out. So, the flame becomes uncontrollable. The games in the garage were not on and there were no instructions on how to use them. The AC in the garage did not work, so it quickly became too warm in there and everyone had to do something else. Overall, the minor things I have mentioned above did not stop us from having a great time and enjoying the nights we were there!"

"This house is so big and beautiful, we would get lost just exploring and my entire party didn’t want to leave all weekend because there is so much to do in the house. We did have a few things go wrong but the manager was quick to send maintenance over to fix it. Most of the showers and doors are all electronic which got annoying going back and forth and trying to figure out how to keep the shower on but it’s pretty cool and high tech and everyone loved it! The downstairs was our favorite spot because that’s where all the fun stuff is, bowling alley, arcade, spa, golf sim, pool table and basketball court. The rooms were spread out so the noise didn’t carry if people were sleeping and others wanted to stay up. The way the house is built is very well done with such a large amount of rooms and noise control. Parking was a little bit of issue because a lot of my family drove in so we had to figure that out because Reunion security kept giving us warnings but we did finally figure it out and enjoyed our weekend. I would definitely return for another family reunion in this house. It was absolutely amazing! Just for reference my party was 18 adults and 10 kids and it felt like I never knew where anyone was. Great place! Thank you for letting us stay the weekend."

"This property was perfect for a quick Disney trip - close and easy drive to parks - and great to come back from the heat and cool off in the pool. The house was as listed and communication from owner/manager was great."

"Beautiful house, very large. Very beautifully decorated. Lots and f comfortable seating area. Many amenities including many TVs, indoor and out. Great pool, hot tub and spa. Perfect for large groups of friends or large family."

"The villa is a nice place to stay. It was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable which is much appreciated after busy days in Orlando. The location is good also with many restaurants in close driving distance. I would note though that although we knew the villa was a road sode location, not knowing the resort, we assumed the roads would be just access roads to the different sections of villas but the road is like a main road with alot of passing traffic. Its only 25mph but this was not adhered to and the constant traffic noise when laid by the pool was irritating. Obviously this is nothing that the villa owner can control but something to be aware of if, like us, you like a nice quiet relaxing lay by the pool."
