"Allagash Splash was a perfect property for a southern family staying in RI for a wedding in Newport. Also have family in Bonnet. Best part of the house is the yard - fire pit and cornhole were utilized a lot! Location was perfect. Highly recommend!"

"Michelle is an Angel!!!! We had booked another property that fell apart in spectacular fashion. Michelle’s beach house was the only one that fit our needs with same day check in. She took us in and took care of us! She cleaned the house herself in record time so we could still have our first night, and the periodically checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed (which we did!). "We loved our stay in this house on Block Island. It was perfect for our group of 6 (I do think more than that might be cramped). It's a great house, tons of light and great hang-out space upstairs with cozy bedrooms downstairs. We were asked to bring our own towels and sheets a few days before our stay, which came as a surprise so something to be aware of, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a wonderful weekend at this property. We are a family of five and we had my mother and nephew with us. Plenty of room here for all of us. The host Robin was very easy to communicate with regarding any questions I had. The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Beautiful location which was in walking distance to the beach. The host even provided beach towels and chairs with a cart to bring to the beach!! Just loved our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future at this...

"Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...
