“This was our second visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the apt!! Our only comment would be that we would like more light at night- the bulbs were dim and the 3 way bulbs had only on setting that worked. Small issue!!!!!! It was great and we look forward to coming back next year!”

“This home is in the most ideal location for visiting Savannah. It has close location to the Riverfront and easily walkable to all the city parks. We walked Bull street to Forsyth park and back down Abercorn street back to Leopold’s Ice cream and made many stops in between and it was a great day of exploring. The home was spacious and comfortable for our needs. The home was more quiet than I expected it to be being that close to the River Street nightlife. We greatly enjoyed our stay.”

“Enjoyed our stay on Jones street it was central to most places we wanted to visit. There are however some maintenance issues needing attention- the hole in the outside roof gutter (by the bins) causes water to splash over the floor. When washing m/c is operating the water pressure to the shower is greatly affected.”

“My daughter and I were very happy with our stay at the Parlor Apartment on Abercorn. It met all our needs - location was great - parking available behind apartment was a plus. The only complaint was the condition of the sofa bed. When opened the mattress frame tilted downward at one end and the mattress was very lumpy. It was very uncomfortable sleeping for one person - would never sleep 2! Apartment was very clean and quiet too!”

“We loved the location and how easy it was to get everywhere by biking/ walking. The queen bed was very uncomfortable and after a long day of walking/bike riding it would've been nice to sleep somewhere a bit more comfy. The house itself was beautiful and loved the decor. The dryer also did not dry clothes, it ran 5 cycles on the hottest cycle and still the three pairs of jeans were not dry. Thankfully we air dried them outside one the chairs in the garden which was way faster.”

The apartment was substantial, “huge” & well-equipped with high ceilings, large rooms, a bathtub and beautiful floors and windows in the historic district of Savannah. Be sure to eat at the local bakery, Local11ten & have after/dinner drinks and dessert at St. Bibliani.”

“Great location—quiet, easy to find parking, easy walking to downtown, Forsyth park area, or just exploring numerous squares and museums in the immediate area. A bit basic on the amenities. As stated, the stairs are steep and would be tough for anyone with mobility issues, also dangerous for little kids. The openness of the bedroom/bathroom would make it hard to have anyone sleep on the pullout couch—no privacy and any noise from one areas carries to the other. Overall, very comfortable and we……
