“We really enjoyed our stay here. The cheap bike rental and private porch were highlights. The shared fridge didn’t work very well, had rotten milk in it, & the ice machine was broken but overall I would stay here again due to the value. Nice area, food walkable, & walkable to downtown (abt 2 mi). ”

“The Carriage House was a great choice for me, location wise. It really was a short walk to Forsythe Park, Krogers and easy access to other areas of the city, and the surrounding homes were lovely. And when I got there and had trouble with the AC system, I reached out to the hosts and they were super responsive getting back to me, helping me to get it re-set and cooling. The place was clean, and overall I found it a good lodging. I did have some issues, though: 1-it's very dark, unlike the pix,……

“Rustic little place offering 3 separate beds which was exactly what I was looking for. The location is right in the historical district and that is a beautiful area to step out to in the morning. Everything is in walking distance or can be reached with a fare free shuttle bus that stops mere minutes from the place. Didn't bring food and coffee?
