"This house is the perfect location for easy access to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach. My family was able to walk or bike for just about anything that we wanted to do while on vacation. The owner thought of every possible thing that you would need in the house for cooking or just making your life easier while you are on vacation. They had 4 bikes for my family to use and even supplied beach towels and an Xbox for the kids. The house was professionally decorated and very clean....

"We had a great stay over February break. Janice was a great communicator and it was easy to check in. The house was exactly as described and fit 5 of us comfortably. It is also well stocked. The weather was not warm but we still sat on the beach, rode bikes, walked everywhere, and took advantage of the shopping and restaurants nearby. We love this neighborhood because it is gated with direct, private beach access. We also had some amazing sunsets! We would definitely stay again."

"First of all, the house is much larger than it looks in the outside picture. The beds were so comfortable, and the living/dining space downstairs had plenty of room for everybody. We used the grill in the back and made good use of the kitchen. Finally, the community lagoon pool is huge and close, and the beach is within walking distance across 30A.
