“This small and modern property offers squeaky clean, comfortable accommodation right on the water. Boat -watching and peaceful well-tended gardens make for a relaxing stay. The rooms have high ceilings, a large desk, huge tiled shower, a kitchenette and chairs which can be used outside on the covered deck. It is very convenient to have coffee, a drink or a meal steps away at Wrecker’s. The staff there are really great. ”

“We needed a place to stay for one night, and this place worked out fine. It was clean and well stocked. It was bit farther from the beach than we expected, although with a golf cart that is not an issue. So if you need an inexpensive place to stay on Spanish Wells, this fits the bill. That said, I cannot really recommend coming to this island - especially if you want to experience the Bahamas, as there is really nothing Bahamian about this island. It is instead more more of a south Florida……

“The house was very well appointed and well thought out design on a beautiful oceanside with excellent snorkeling right out front. The check-in process could not have been better. We were met at the airport, brought to the ferry, picked up right away by the property manager with golf cart waiting and brought to the home with no delay. Checkout was just as smooth. The islands of Russell and Spanish wells were stunning and we cannot wait to come back!”

“We loved our visit. Alicia was very helpful in preparing for our trip, helping with airport transfer, golf cart rental, and food and activity recommendations. The house is just what we needed- the view is incredible, with a private and quiet property. The kitchen and house was well stocked with supplies. It was a beautiful 10 minute cart ride to downtown Spanish Wells and 5 minutes to stunning practically empty beaches. The restaurant across the street was super convenient too. We suggest……

“Knowing the island, we knew we were a little “out of town” meaning an extra 5 minute cart ride. It was totally worth it. House was clean, pool was great, beautiful beach area steps from the house. House was well outfitted with anything you need. Would def stay again.”

“We had the absolute best time during out first visit to Spanish Wells/Russell Island. Candida made the whole process so easy starting with our taxi ride from the airport to the island. She also had someone waiting for us at the dock to transport our luggage to the house since we only had a golf cart. The private beach in the backyard was amazing, we snorkeled and took the kayaks out from there. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We all agreed that this was the only……
