On the first night, We asked 3 different times for a rollaway bed (at check-in + called the front desk) but they never brought it. We finally gave up and created a make shift bed with the sofa cushions for our 4 year old to sleep on. When dropping the car off, the parking team stood around for 5 mins just talking to each other. I had to walk in and go to the front desk, with all of our bags, just to have them...
