There’s a lot of patchwork in the hotel. This is an older property that appears to be under renovation. Very basic renovations and repairs

I really appreciate the warm, welcoming environment of Sonesta suites. I like the decor. It feels homey. I loved our room with the extra bedroom for our daughter. Felt like an apartment more than a hotel room. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Nice courtyard and pool area. Special bonus, a mama cat and kittens visited us when we were having breakfast on the patio. Breakfast was adequate, I noticed a lack of fresh fruit and no half-and-half for the coffee. I liked that there was a basketball court on the property, even though we didn’t get to use it.

Where to start!! There is 7$ fee for parking be aware. The room is dirty and smelled so bad. The hotel in general is old and dirty. Staff are nice. It felt more of motel than hotel

The first room we went to second floor had a broken door nob and believe or not our non on our door was super loose and we couldn’t open it. Our cushions on our couch in the second room were old and warm out we didn’t even sit in the old love seat couch it was gross and sad looking, our bed was clean and comfortable, carpets were a little warm and felt a little sticky-ish. Maybe from getting wash a million times? The room smelt like a pet when we first got into our room, our room was bottom floor a few halls from the desk. Other then that it was peaceful and I’m glad I didn’t get woke up early by the early bird at breakfast or leaving, slept very well. If I stayed again I definitely would ask to check out the room before settling in.

Charming victorian property, beautiful wood carved furniture, and quaint garden. I would suggest the property provide nice coffee service, and or extend hours of operation in the reception/welcoming center. We had semi late arrival 6pm and early morning 7am departure. Especially considering proximity to the airport. (In room Keurig does not meet the mark.)

Ultimately, you get what you pay for with this one. It was dirty, and in desperate need of a update. So much so, that we decided to leave a day early. The staff was very sweet and accommodating, so nothing against them. Just a trashy hotel.

This appears to be a modern suite hotel in a very nice suburban neighborhood which is convenient to I-10. However we experienced many problems with our room. We booked this on short notice due to problems with the previous hotel in order to get a handicapped accessible suite. As soon as we entered our room we found multiple hairs in the bathroom sink and the living room and bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke even though this is a nonsmoking hotel The desk clerk agreed to waive the parking fee since no other handicapped suites were available. We soon discovered many other problems including a knob falling off the bathroom door, closet door that wouldn't close, no hangers in the closet, missing wall mounted hair dryer, missing iron and ironing board, and missing coffee maker. The staff provided a coffee maker upon request but never located a hair dryer in the 2 days we stayed there. This is the worst managed hotel we have ever visited. On the plus side our handicapped room was on the first floor close to the entrance, the breakfast was good though they stopped serving at 8:30 AM when most other hotels serve until 9:30. Our suite was small but the kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the room rate was lower than surrounding suite hotels. The bathroom was pretty well designed for wheelchair users with a roll in shower and grab bars, but there was no countertop around the sink and the wall mounted dispensers in the shower could not be reached while sitting on the bench.
