Friendly welcome. Always feels like coming home at the Beresford Arms. Big room, enormous bathroom, wonderful lobby. Great food options in the immediate area.

Lovely place to stay that radiates the history of San Francisco. This hotel’s as once a 5 star hotel and still depicts an era of fhe past. Rooms are big and spacious super comfortable. But definitely aged over time carpets and wall worn but if you can over look that rhe place is nice to stay in. Walls are thin so you will hear street noise even up on 6th floor. Area is close to union station and not too far from sites. Lots of homeless people so be ware. Otherwise nice place to stay at.

I loved the European feel of this hotel. The lobby is lovely. I enjoyed both the continental breakfast in the morning and the wine and cheese in the afternoon. The room was bright and airy with lots of room to breathe. The staff was very friendly and polite as well. We had a wonderful stay.
