Room keys were not working most of the time

This hotel is lovely and smells divine. The rooms are nice and clean and remind me of hotels in the French Quarter. However, the area around the hotel is not safe, it’s scary, sirens blare constantly, people doing drive on the sidewalk just a few steps from the entrance of the hotel. Again, the hotel is great, it’s the area. If you do stay here, have a Lyft or Uber take you where you want to go and do not walk around in this area!

The customer service was excellent. I asked if they know where I can get hot water and they gave me kettle. Also the place is very clean and near every shopping center. The parking is bit expensive, about $50 a night but understandable since we stayed in the city.
