Love the beach which is right across the hotel. They set up beach chairs and provide dinning option by providing a server. Beautiful room! Love the rain shower! Central location and great nightlife at the casino 3 blocks from the hotel.

Don't be fooled by the pictures! 4 star pricing with ZERO amenities. The rooms are beautifully done, but the pool can only hold 6 people comfortably at a time. There is no room service, wifi access. Nobody working the front desk overnight or answering phones before 9 a.m. They don't set up beach chairs and umbrellas before 10 a.m. so getting out there early isn't happening before it's too hot. We had an early excursion and valet chose to sleep on the job instead of getting our car in a timely manner. Kumo on the top floor was excellent however we were charged for breakfast for 3 days before vouchers were finally issued. No refund was gjven even after i complained. We actually had to purchase a day pass to the Royal Sonesta for $300 to enjoy a cabana, pool and great customer service. We will never go back!

Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait a little over an hour. Room was clean however bring your own iron or else you’re out of luck, the hotel is not accommodating at all, they couldn’t even provide us w a plastic spoon. The pool area fits only 6 chairs, the pool super small and dirty, the restaurant is awesome, food was delicious. When you leave confirm your transportation or else the valley staff will trick you to get into a taxi and you’ll have to pay cash at the airport. It is almost like a scheme…I saw the taxi diver paying the valley guy but I didn’t anything of it, after we got to the airport I realized we got tricked to go with taxi instead of the transportation company we hired when we booked the trip. Please ask question make sure you see your name when you get picked up from the hotel. I called the hotel to make them aware of the scheme they hang up on me. Avoid the 10th floor bc the restaurant is above the 10th floor you will hear every noise. The hotel also has this really bad odor of poop. I would a different hotel next time however the location is great and it is 2 steps to the beach.

The room was very beautiful, enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. But I mostly loved that the beach was right infront of the hotel which they provided chairs, umbrella and food with drinks to order. I would definitely be coming back once they finish the new project, it will look amazing.

The rooms are absolutely stunning! I loved all of the furniture and the layout. The shower is to die for! Honestly the perfect romantic hotel but make sure you plan to spend a lot on food. I would suggest to dine out with locals because the KUMO restaurant is over-priced. I do however love how close the beach is and the attendants with umbrellas. Again beware the beach menu is pricey. The welcome drink was delicious though! Also NOTE there is a lot of construction on the outside. The pool also is super cold. You can tell it is an older building that is getting fixed up.

Impressed to say the least. From valet, check in & restaurant the staff was amazing!!!! The room was BEAUTIFUL, modern touch and very clean. The beach is walking distance & the rooftop view was perfect! Definitely recommend & would stay here again!

I wanted to rate this property well because I ultimately enjoyed my vacation. However in hindsight I would NEVER suggest anyone to stay here or return myself MOST IMPORTANT They are doing construction which will definitely carry through the rest of 2024 so be prepared to hear drilling for 6 hours straight. The housekeeping does not change towels/wash cloths, etc. and they will charge you an astronomical amount post stay claiming damage, even the receptionist agreed it was a cash grab (assuming their construction is going way over budget). Either way people should stay away from this property. At least until construction is done and new management is in place. 2/10 very disappointed
