"It was a good experience for staying in there. Full kitchen is super clean and the layout for the room was perfect because bathroom light doesn’t bother us in the middle of night. We brought 11 month baby, so this room layout is important to not to wake baby up when we go to the bathroom.
Thanks for a great service!"
"Excellent experience here. I wish we’d stayed longer. Ed was awesome: very helpful and cheerful. Extremely clean, safe, great underground parking, super friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious too. The only negative was the towels are a bit old, scratchy, and dingy. But they were clean and that’s all really matters! I highly recommend this hotel."
"Terrible! Dialup would be a better option than the “guest” wifi. Very outdated rooms, including the window unit ac/heater directly from the 80’s. The provided breakfast is a joke. It’s a wide selection of TOAST. Hotel does not provide water to drink, even with breakfast. Instead, they kindly point you to the vending machine. To top it all off, you are also charged an additional parking fee of $12...for what?! Get your $’s worth and stay at the holiday inn next door. "
"Bathroom smell so musty that I must keep it closed at all time. I’d spend as little time as possible in there. Perhaps main floor rooms are used more Often may not smell like the 2nd floor bathroom. They renovated the motel to be an inn, it’s decent but the carpet was kind of dirty when I walked in. Very strong ordor of odor spray that was def a turn off. 2 Chinese, Vietnamese and pizza across the street was def plus. However I won’t stay there again cause I prefer a nicer name brand hotel. "Great location. The View Lounge was a great experience."

"Family and I had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few appetizers and drinks in the evening at the restaurant and it was all very well served and delicious. The breakfast was not worth the price, in my opinion, nonetheless it was appetizing. We will be back!"

"The hotel was excellent! Very clean, modern, and had all the amenities required for a comfy stay. The location was very easy to access via public transport from the airport. It’s in the heart of downtown so it’s very easy to walk around to all the attractions that San Fran has to offer. Bonus: it’s right next to the trolley station so you get great access to it. We loved it here! "
