The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time...

"Amazing views; complete panoramic of the entire Monterey Bay! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great to have deli & small market at the bottom of the hill. Also nice to have free parking lot at the bottom of the hill; the walk down to the beach isn't bad, but when wanting to spend the day on the beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc., it was convenient to just be able to drive down with all our stuff & unload it right there near the sand. "Everything was very clean and just as pictured. No A/C, but turns out it wasn’t needed due to cool ocean air. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back!"

"We stayed in Santa Cruz for 2 months and it was absolutely perfect! The space is beautiful and in an incredible neighborhood. It is walking distance from a park (perfect for my 18 month son), the ocean, and so many fun local spots. Marcus is also the absolute best host. He always responded right away if we needed anything and overall made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this space enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in incredible Santa Cruz, look no further!"

"We had a wonderful stay over New Year’s. This property is amazing, with views that are unparalleled. We met owners (relatives) when we arrived and they were so helpful, sharing that there was an elevator I could use since I had just had surgery. Plenty of room for the family of 5. Outdated furniture that needs serious cleaning, but we looked out the front windows and all was forgiven! We’d stay here again."

"This house was amazing! The layout of the house was perfect with an open floor plan and inviting outdoor area. The house had all amenities you could need with beautiful and comfortable decor. The house was clean and well appointed with fresh flowers and welcome pastries upon our arrival. The location was great as well, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach.
