"This was our second visit to Savannah and we were very pleased with the apt!! Our only comment would be that we would like more light at night- the bulbs were dim and the 3 way bulbs had only on setting that worked. Small issue!!!!!! It was great and we look forward to coming back next year!"

"Walking to everywhere was so easy and close. Nice having a parking spot. Apartment perfectly decorated and well supplied. There were 5 of us and sleeping arrangement was perfect. Definitely recommend!!"

"This home is in the most ideal location for visiting Savannah. It has close location to the Riverfront and easily walkable to all the city parks. We walked Bull street to Forsyth park and back down Abercorn street back to Leopold’s Ice cream and made many stops in between and it was a great day of exploring. The home was spacious and comfortable for our needs. The home was more quiet than I expected it to be being that close to the River Street nightlife. We greatly enjoyed our stay."

"Enjoyed our stay on Jones street it was central to most places we wanted to visit. There are however some maintenance issues needing attention- the hole in the outside roof gutter (by the bins) causes water to splash over the floor. When washing m/c is operating the water pressure to the shower is greatly affected."

"The location of this property was great. Right on the edge of the historic district. Many great restaurants in the area that we could easily walk to. Our favorite for breakfast and lunch was Dottie’s."

"We loved the location and how easy it was to get everywhere by biking/ walking. The queen bed was very uncomfortable and after a long day of walking/bike riding it would've been nice to sleep somewhere a bit more comfy. The house itself was beautiful and loved the decor. The dryer also did not dry clothes, it ran 5 cycles on the hottest cycle and still the three pairs of jeans were not dry. Thankfully we air dried them outside one the chairs in the garden which was way faster."

"My daughter and I were very happy with our stay at the Parlor Apartment on Abercorn. It met all our needs - location was great - parking available behind apartment was a plus. The only complaint was the condition of the sofa bed. When opened the mattress frame tilted downward at one end and the mattress was very lumpy. It was very uncomfortable sleeping for one person - would never sleep 2! Apartment was very clean and quiet too!"

"It was excellent and awesome. Our 34th Wedding Anniversary and we were extremely happy with the whole place. Very clean and comfortable. Will be staying here again so sure. Our beginning inside the apartment had 2 initial issues: 1) hot water takes a LONG time to get kitchen faucet (which is piped backwards) and bathroom faucet unless tub hot water faucet is run for a period. 2) SAFETY ISSUE: the bath tub floor is “extremely” slippery and hence dangerous. 3) For an apartment that can house 4 people the number of glasses/cups and bowls are not adequate. 4) The tv/electronics need an explanation of use (Jose saved us by...

"This is a great place! It is a private carriage house with an enclosed courtyard which is shared with the owner's main house. We were originally booked to stay for 10 days but extended it to two weeks because we were having such a lovely trip. I worked remotely for 5 days which I would not recommend as it is an open concept so there is no place to be in quiet virtual meetings (no door to shut). As with all cities, be aware of your surroundings and I recommend not walking alone at night even when...
