“Awesome location, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Only downside was a washer/dryer combo unit that didnt dry. Not great when you go to beach everyday and cant dry towels. Also problematic as you wash clothes - you cant dry them... make sure you get a unit with separate washer and dryer.”

“The areas around the switch plates and doorknobs were dirty. So were walls and cabinets. There was no Kleenex. I tried to sit on one of the stools by the table, and it was too wobbly and unstable to use. The front panel on one of the dresser drawers pulled loose when we tried to open it. There was a handle missing from one of the bathroom cabinets. The light fixture in the kitchen was broken. The door to the patio was very difficult to lock. There was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps. We……

“We had a fabulous stay in SPI! Our condo was very clean and so comfy. It felt like home! It was easy to get to the beach and we enjoyed the dip pool in the back! ”

“Enjoyed our stay. The weekend, there was a family that was smoking weed and it went all through out the property, but i will not hold it against the property. Pool was good. Apartment was solid. Bring blankets if you get cold easily. Kitcen was clean. It really was a pretty nice place. Would recommend to friends and family. ”

“The communication with the property owner was excellent, the condo is beautiful and well stocked. The view was the best and the location was great. However, we took our 81 year old mother for mother's day and she did not leave the condo the whole weekend because of her inability to get back up the 4 flights of stairs. If that information is in the description, I missed it.”

“The place was cute and cozy. Perfect size for me and my friend for a weekend stay I like that each room had their own bathroom and how close it was to the beach. The property manager was very friendly and would respond quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again.”
