"Beautiful condo with large balcony. Immaculately clean. The building only has 24 condos so its not crowded at any time. The loft bedroom is a very cool touch. But, be aware that there are lots of stairs from beach (about 30 to condo) and this unit is on 3rd floor (another 30-40 from ground to 3rd floor) and then another 12 stairs to the loft. So dont forget something and need to run back! Mistral 18 is very well furnished, bathrooms are large and showers are beatiful. Mistral 18 ensured we had a stress-free vacation."

"This was an amazing place! You walk in to amazing views. Just when you think they can’t get better you go up to the main bedroom!! The location is amazing , steps to the beach! Bike or walk to great places. The beach is awesome!! Especially with it being a private beach! The townhome is such a great size! You will enjoy from moment you walk in. Can’t wait to come back!!"

"This was the perfect little house for our week long vacation with our 4 mo old son. The two bed/ two bath was the perfect space. We spent most of our time on the back deck grilling and overlooking the pool and the beach was a 5 minute walk and very easy to access. Would recommend Dillon's if you prefer to rent chairs at the beach but Jason has some sand chairs and umbrellas for use. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again."

"We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again."

"Nice place with a ell kept back yad area, very pretty and relaxing. It does take several flights of stairs to get to the beach, but nice quiet beach and the included beach service was a huge benefit! Great location!"
