"Great property for vacation. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Property was very clean, and had everything you need for cooking, grilling, etc.. Short walk to the beach from the cottage. Also, short drive to restaurants, and grocery store. It rained a couple of days, but it was nice sitting on the front porch and relaxing, enjoying down time. Great vacation and we will definitely be back. Thanks Diane for being so accommodating on short notice. Bryan - Baton Rouge."

"Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved."

"We all loved this house! Ryan might be the quickest replying host we've ever had. The house was so close to the private beach and we loved the private pool when the kids were napping or if we wanted more shade. The AC worked amazingly and having the patio was a huge plus. We loved grilling on the grill and having plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 infants. We all said we’d look up this house again when we come back!"

"Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. The neighborhood is all brick/paver-lined...

"We loved the location, easy walk to the beach and pool. We could ride our bikes to Rosemary beach and the Big chill with a toddler and 7 year old. The only minor thing is the chairs could be updated outside. They looked mildew on some. Loved the porch swing. Had a great time, we’d stay again."
