We booked our room over 6 months before when we got there with our dogs we were greeted greatly but found out that they charge $75 per night for a dog. I understand there's extra cleaning and services that may need to be provided but it's $75 a night that is ridiculous

Other than some dummy popping popcorn for 10 min and allowing the fire alarms to go off in the entire place. This was almost one of the places in surrounding Seattle to stay. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. May come back just for the surrounding area and Greek Pita (which is very close).

We usually enjoy this property very much. However, this time the property outside was filthy with garbage everywhere, overflowing from the bins, it looked awful. There was also no restaurant or dining we were told when we checked in. Big bummer as we were in town for my husband's surgery and didn't want to go out for every meal. ☹️ . That was a bummer

The cleanliness of our room was not good. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was hair in the tub and outside of the tub. There was several red stains on the carpet and brown stains that n ceiling above the bed. The shade portion of the curtains had quite a lot of dirt/stains. It was very disappointing

Staff were great. Unfortunately, the pool was not up and running, but I suppose that’s not to be expected with the below normal weather temperatures. The room is for comfortable spacious. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room where the toilet seat had not been cleaned nor the bathtub thoroughly.

The front desk staff could act like they aren’t being forced to work there and like they hate every bit of it. Whether they mean to or not they come across like they are gossiping about customers, it wasn’t one just one occasion and they truly look miserable. They look like they enjoy zero part of their job. The hotel was very clean. The bed was really comfy and parking was easy, that was the best parts. You don’t have to interact with staff much, so if you can look past their rudeness and misery you will like it here.
