One of the elevators was down and the other had quite a wait time. I checked in Friday and my room wasn't cleaned until Sunday and the cleaners threw away my paper bag that had over 100$ worth of items from Starbucks. I was upset and concerned about the mistake and as a solution offored for them to void my vallet parking for two nights in lieu of the mistake. The female front desk staff was very dismissive and rude to me and did nothing to assist or accommodate. The manager needed up coming one night (45$) and said that was all they could do. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and understanding for this incident.

Small rooms, dated by size, but renovated. Elevator out of service. Plumbing fixtures subnormal - couldn't get the shower to work without staff assistance. Valet parking only, cars backed up in loading zone on busy public street - room for about four vehicles max. Still, only about half the price of nearby luxury hotels. Ok for overnight.

Two of my favorite things about this hotel are tue friendliness of the staff and the security of the hotel. You have to have a key card in order to access any of the floors that were not the main floor or lobby floor. They were in the middle of renovations to upgrade the elevators and other areas of the hotel. Very well maintained and taken care of. Would definitely stay again when visiting Seattle!

Best rate compared to similar hotels in the area. Friendly staff, very comfortable beds. Great location for all attractions in downtown. No daily room service unless requested. One of the 2 elevators out for “maintenance “ for the whole 7 days we were there. Becomes old after few days. No storage space for your clothes ( no dresser). It is an old updated building but not handicapped friendly since to get to elevator in the lobby need to go up or down stairs. In few words, great stay if you are not bothered by above mentioned issues. Would stay again if in town. Recommended.

The staff were all great. It is great to have a pet friendly option. In my opinion, the room did not match the price. There were coffee/ beer stains on the walls, hairs in the bathroom. For the price was expecting a better and cleaner experience.

Cute room. Everyone complained how small the rooms are but seriously... you're in the convenience ( middle) of the city. In a building that's been around in early mid 1900. For how old the building is it was totally clean. Beds were awesome. Not noisy at all. Maybe we got lucky? Guest service was really great! Super nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Property location is perfect for walking to the Pike Place Market and surrounding shopping/dining options. A great place for a night or two, would stay again, but would not choose for longer stay. **The washroom is very small, if you are plus size you may struggle with the toilet area**

The staff at the hotel were great! They were very helpful and attentive to our group of 8. They had excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions. There is a brunch spot right next to the hotel that was good and across the street there is a dinner place that was delicious. The building is very old so the noise travels but they do provide ear plugs. The area around the hotel is safe, however the closer you walk to Pike Street there are many drug addicts walking the streets and getting High in public, very sad to see.
