Stayed here because of the very short walk to the arena, Space Needle etc. and because they have some suites that have a door between the living room and bedroom which was needed on this trip so my daughter and I could have our separate areas for sleeping with some privacy. Overall the hotel is well kept and clean, and the staff was great- biggest reason I might not consider staying here again was how dated the room was. I don’t have to have elegant by any means but this felt like what a room would have looked like 20 or more years ago. Just needs a remodel to bring it into the 21st century and to compete with the Fairfield Inn and Suites that’s right next door to it that was built in 2021.

The Holiday Inn in Seattle was very convenient, walkable to area attractions, and customer friendly. The surprise of the stay was washer and dryers on every floor for guest use.

This property needs an update. The elevator goes WHUMP whenever it takes off or lands. The windows are old and cloudy, and don’t close well. Bed needs immediate replacement, way too soft, Hubs and I were sunk in the middle all night. We were in a suite, and the A/C in the bedroom rattled constantly. We had to have our door keys rekeyed 4 times. The neighborhood is convenient to the Space Needle, about 5 blocks away. It’s about a mile to the Public Market at Pike Place. They did have good water pressure, and the staff was Very helpful.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. This hotel was also the perfect location for us to walk to and from the concert we went to at the climate pledge arena and if your okay with longer walks walking to the market was also easy. The room was not as clean as I would have liked it with some stains on the curtains and walls but overall a good stay

The girl at the front desk was super friendly and the gentleman cleaning the lobby and around the front area was very friendly as well. Welcoming, clean, easy access. The fire alarm did go off early in the morning on one of the days turned out to be a false alarm we all ran down and waited out front for about 20 minutes.

I called twice for extra towels and never received them. Asked for a cab to be called ended up taking Uber due to high volume of others also waiting. Staff was friendly just not quick response time and it took along time for anyone to answer the phone at the front desk if answered at all.
