The location of the State Hotel could not be better. It is just steps from the Pike Place Market. The hotel has a boutique hotel vibe and has nice contemporary decor. The staff at the front desk were more than helpful. The room was clean, with nice natural light and a large bathroom. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it was more than adequate for the two of us. I do wish that it had a small refrigerator, but we were able to get drinks from the bar to bring up to our room. I appreciated the in-out priveldges at the parking garage that was about a block from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our trip was amazing. The staff made everything better! Ben Paris is a must!!! Parking is across the street, but it is not an issue. It was actually better for when we had to use the car and leave the area. Which we only did once. Everything you need is right there! Including a target!!

Very modern rooms, lovely hotel super chic! Location can’t be beat, Ben Paris conveniently accessible from the hotel lobby, excellent city and water views from roof top. can be a bit noisy if your room is facing the street.

Living just a couple blocks away from the state hotel. I was always interested about it. Well, this time I didn't indulge. I have previously dined at Ben Paris which is superb. In terms of the hotel. It's very cute, quaint, and the details of both the room and the common areas are well thought out.

Rooms are tiny but most of them are downtown. Pretty cool little spot. The Ben Paris restaurant has great grub with fun drinks. Great experience, friendly staff. The parking was goofy (there’s a garage down the street) but other than that it was a home run!

Great location to Pikes Market and other Seattle attractions. Nice Target store across the street where we picked up an extra suitcase and snacks. Pikes Market was amazing and being able to stay within easy walking distance was awesome. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the rooms are nice.
