"We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. The use of the golf cart was also great! Located super close to SunRidge for tennis, pickleball, and pool!"

"At first we had several issues that we addressed with the management company. There is no rug at the main entrance- so we had to use a towel. Unfortunately there was a some sand on the basement floor because of this. The downstairs bathroom windows had no coverings and neighbors can easily see into the bathrooms- the next day the management company sent out someone and they put up shades. They were quick to respond to any questions and concerns! The house is nicely updated but upstair doors were creaky and needed oiling, was only an issue for us as we had little kids sleeping. I recomm these be oiled and the company said they would do it. The house is very conveniently located to restaurants, other towns and good amount of parking. The only fyi I would give ( and I shared this with the mang co) is the main level has awesome big windows but no coverings. It got very warm on that level on sunny days and the temperature was only in the 60's when we were there. Overall, we had a very good time, good shared space for a family for sure!"

"Clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed unwinding by the fire after a loooooong day of golf at one of the many fantastic local courses. Communication was prompt and helpful. Highly rated stay!"

"Great price and location would bring me back. Although a few drawbacks were a broken couch and broken dining chair leg. Also fthe floor wasn't swept very good when we got there. Overall though it was a very nice spacious house and besides the floor, it seemed clean."

"Great place! The deck was great for morning coffee, our pup enjoyed the views. The kitchen was great, and well stocked for us to be able to make our Thanksgiving feast. The neighborhood is very friendly. There was just 3 people and a dog, but we could have very comfortably had 4 or 5 more people stay with us."
