"Rather outdated buildings, we had to chage a room just because our villa was looking broken (all was working, but not AC for example had only two setting - on and off. All inclusive is repeatitive, after four days is annoying. Had no lamb when I was anticipating it in Egypt. Very enjoyable stay, super friendly and helpful staff, very green facility. Great for 3-4 days stay."

If you're looking for Sunshine and swimming or snorkeling you're coming to the right place. "Novotel Palms is a Scam. If you don't get a beach wing room, be ready to the fact that you will be placed in the Palms wing, which is really a different hotel, with a different reception across the street, thus much farther from the beach. Don't tell your taxi you're going to Novotel Sharm El-Sheikh, but that you're going to Novotel Palms ... even though it is portrayed here as if it was just a different section.
