"We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was clean and well kept. The fenced backyard was perfect for our small dog and 2-year-old. Plenty of space for us to relax and beach access was a few minutes walk away. The manager made sure we had everything we needed and I'm sure would have been quick to respond to any issues, though we had none during our 5 nights stay. Highly recommended!"

"The property was beautiful. Outside and inside everything was groomed and well kept. The directions for using the property were all very clear. I called the property manager at the end of our day to check in about something and they were very helpful and kind we will definitely come back."

"My favorite part was definitely the location where I could see sunset from dining table and walk across the street to the beach. Nice big garage to park vehicle too, as well as driveway parking. Nice little sitting area out front. Older home with darker bedrooms, but just sleeping there anyway. Too many great things to do outdoors! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed well supplied."

"This rental did not disappoint. Everything was as described. Our daughter got married in the Redwoods and we needed a place that we could host a small reception. This property seemed way bigger than the square footage listed. The backyard and patio area were perfect for our small gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware. "The cabin description says you will have the entire cabin to yourself but this is extremely inaccurate. Another couple was in a different bedroom and we could hear thim arguing. The property owners live downstairs and we're there the entire time. The was a very strong unpleasant odor and there were cobwebs on the skylights and flies were stuck in them.The bed linens were very old, worn and it felt like we were in someone else's bed. "The house and overall surroundings are beautiful and safe. We had minimal issues. A couple of things, such as the can opener and closet hinge, were broken. The cleaning service could have done better... We found used tissues upstairs, a random unpackaged pill in the kitchen and some kind of ash or something like it in the master bathroom. "Absolutely loved our stay here! The ambiance was charming, the cleanliness top-notch, and the atmosphere incredibly soothing. Being just a stone's throw away from the beach was a dream, especially with the added bonus of having it nearly all to ourselves. Plus, their thoughtful provision of a hose outside made cleaning up our two furry friends a breeze after their sandy romps. "This was a wonderful house for our large family to stay in while we visited the Brookings area. 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a bonus upstairs family room allowed each person space. The home is still proudly displaying the original decor, but is clean and quaint. Lots of amenities for the guests - high chair, easy access laundry, full pantry of cooking utensils and dishes for 12 or more, large fridge. We will stay again if given the chance!"
