"Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a day downtown Franklin and took an Uber to downtown Nashville a couple of times! Great times!"

"This is a nice bungalow in a neighborhood that is turning a new leaf. The home has been remodeled ( sort of) and is certainly confrontable enough and in a location with easy access to Nashville. The owners were very easy to communicate with. It met all of our needs and we had a great time."

"Overall our stay was great. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise...

"Don’t sleep on this little gem it’s awesome! Take full advantage of the surrounding neighborhood and the restaurants, you’ll save a fortune. Close enough to Broadway to be convenient and comfortable. It was affordable and pleasant, highly recommended."

"We loved our stay near the downtown area, but it was very peaceful and quiet. I was a bit hesitant about the space being cramped and dark when I booked, but it was very clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Super comfortable! Communication with our host was very easy, the responses very prompt and she had some terrific suggestions on places to go and the best way to get around. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Nashville!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Inspire House! Everything on the listing was as expected. The coffee bar was a huge hit as was the rooftop! Location was close to Broadway and easily able to catch an Uber versus driving and trying to find parking, which was expensive. We ate at the Germantown Cafe one evening. Had great service plus great food! Worth stopping by!"

We stayed in for a majority of Saturday playing games in the game room. Again, I would def. Stay here again in the future. This house is everything you want for a weekend getaway with family and friends."

"Stayed here with family for Vanderbilt graduation weekend. It was a convenient location, provided adequate space, enough parking space to park a vehicle in the garage and two others on street, and had good amenities to accommodate the needs of 5 adults and 2 infants. The rooftop and hot tub were nice extras for the occasion too."

"The place was amazing and was a convenient short walk to Broadway street. Very comfortable for 6 people. Had everything we needed. The only negative was the water to the unit was turned off 1 1/2 hours prior to check out time. Which was very disappointing. Not sure why this happened?? Otherwise all good comments!"

"I come here when my daughter has appointments at the childrens hospital. We live 3 hours away, and it is comfy and furnished. Will be back soon!! The only downfall is the $30 per night parking. It would be nice if you could pay $ 30 per visit, weather that be 1 night or 5 consecutive nights"
