"Property was overall very nice but some things needed attention. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with. Wonderful vacation"

"This is a great location - may be the closest spot to stay on the way to the park that includes the beach. Accommodations are simple, but the price is right. We stayed here with 6 adults. The pull-out bed downstairs was cracked in the middle so the mattress sagged. I told the host about it after we left and he said he had a guy who would fix the bed."

"We’ve stayed at sea watch before so knew what to expect. The place was nice and has sufficient beds. The only weird part is you walk into a den with beds. Tough to not disturb whoever is using those beds with no door and next to front door. There was a drip in the master bathroom from shower head. Easy fix just kind of annoying to hear all week. "this place is great! Check in was smooth and easy. Owner Ed was always available if we had any questions, but not intrusive. The place was very comfortable for 6 of us, although 2 were children who slept in the sofa bed in the living room area. The location of the Villa is outstanding, a one minute walk to a fun water park and we got 2 day passes that the 2 kiddos could use every day. that was such a kind thing to include in our stay and saved us a lot of money.. "The house was immaculate and well maintained. The sleeping arrangement of the bedrooms proved ideal for early risers on the first floor and late sleepers on the second. The upstairs entertainment area provided a comfortable refuge from the bustle of the first floor open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, enabling cooking and baking for a birthday celebration. Both the owner and the guest contact were readily available and responded to any questions immediately....
