"I used to live on 28th street for 10 years so I know the area well and wanted to be close to the River mouth. It's a nice house and great location for Del Mar and close to Solana Beach. The towel rack was coming off of the wall but I fixed it with a proper drywall anchor so it's good to go for years. 3 bedrooms would be nice but the extra bed in the master worked out fine. Easy walk to the beach and that's what we wanted."

"Seven of us ladies stayed at Stephanie's house and it worked out great. The location is excellent and very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It has great gathering areas in the backyard and in the living room. It's nice that it's on a dead-end street as it made things very quiet. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and responsive. "The condo was great, easy access to the beach. We were there to go to the races at Del Mar, the location worked out great as the track bus was only a block from the condo. The parking was a great plus although we walked almost everywhere with the restaurants right down the street"

"This is a great place to rent with ocean views, great neighborhood, and proximity to coffee/restaurants in Leucadia and Encinitas. Home was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Richard the owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property."
