"the condo was in excellent condition. the building was also in excellent condition. James and his son who manages the property building were so nice and attentive to our needs. his cleaning crew who moved to myrtle beach in 2014 started their own cleaning business. they were also nice and they had the property in excellent standing. "Perfect house for an (almost) weeklong stay over New Years. Celebrated my wife’s milestone birthday with our 5 adult children and one fiancée. So 8 adults (2 couples and 4 singles). Sleeping arrangements were great for that size party. House was in good shape. FYI - TV package was limited. Had to buy a Roku to get ESPN, so if that’s important to you, plan ahead. Whole family loves Isle of Palms and this is a terrific location in Wild Dunes."

"We’ve stayed at 4 different properties in Ocean Lakes and this one is our favorite. Gina was great to work with and very responsive. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. We paid a little extra for a golf cart and loved it. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake and listening to the calming fountain. Our son loved feeding the turtles from the porch. Great location in Ocean Lakes!
