The staff was very nice. And the rooms very clean. Unfortunately you get charged a resort fee for a non resort hotel. Plus you get charged for parking without warning. So I got charged an additional $250 for nothing. Not even some water or coffee was available for guest. No microwave or iron. This is additional cost if you wanna use. Honestly I have no problem paying extra if extra is given. In this case they get to charge you more because they call themselves a resort.

Hotel was great. Could use drinking cups in the rooms. Elevators were a bit off. Took quite awhile to get. Stopped at floors when no one was waiting.
We really did enjoy it there.

The water pressure in shower is poor.
They tack on a $45 resort fee per night.
Valet parking is $29 day.
Holiday weekends or summer there can be a lot of kids which can make it noisy.
The staff is excellent!

Insufficient parking
HVAC unit not working. Annoying, since we came in to go to sleep at 1130 or so.

Property was new and inviting . Staff very nice and helpful . It was very loud , tons of kids and teens everywhere. I was under the impression it would be more adults. Not a relaxing atmosphere , but very pretty atmosphere
