"Unit was in need of maintenance: Broken knob on shower diverter, loose towel bar, loose bath faucet spout, bath drain very slow. I would expect these issues to be checked after each checkout and repaired prior to next check in. Not sure of your process. These issues did not hinder our stay however they were a slight inconvenience. We had to leave a day early prior to checkout instructions so I hope all is well with checkout. Thank you."

"This place was really cute and a short trip from the ball field. It worked out well for our family and will be back if we do an overnight again in Philly and it’s available. The only thing I worried about being a country girl was the street parking and limited options to do so at night. "We loved this house - it is beautifully renovated and very well-equipped. Lots of room for a family. Parking is easy and the location is good for visiting the city centre. Great communication from the owner. We did find that two of the bedrooms were very bright and there was street noise throughout the night in the front bedroom. Proper curtains would help a lot with this. But overall we really enjoyed our stay."
