“Location is amazing!!!!! Simple but clean room ”

“Un sitio fantastico y muy agradable. Para repetir. La unica omega es que estaban realizando obras en un apartamento del complejo y los ruidos y molestias eran constantes. Los dueños no avisaron que se estaban haciendo obras en e establecimiento, por lo que la estancia durante el día era imposible. ”

“Property has a great location. The place made for a good stay. The bed in the bedroom alone droops in the middle bad like a taco, but the bedding was clean and we slept alright, just woke up smooshed to each other. There was sand all over the coffee table and floor, but maybe that's to be expected that close to the beach. It rained pretty hard while we were there and the bedroom with 2 beds in it got some water in it, not sure how, the windows were closed. Over place made for a good quick...

“Cute cottage. Walkable to Dog Beach. Excellent hosts and great communication. Several places to drink and eat that are walkable.”

“Just a couple blocks away from the dog beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Nice clean comfortable plave to stay with all the amenities of home. I would stay here again.”

“I came home from Japan to visit and came across this home. Philip made was readily accessible anytime I messaged him. The house was great, I really enjoyed the back yard. This place was very close to down town (10 min drive). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being a great host Philip.”

“Close to everything and had enough room for our family of 4. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, garage, and having my kids in their own beds. Lots of restaurants were just down the block. Overall worth it for a long weekend trip. The only snag we hit at check-in was the gate from the garage code wasn't given on our instructions, luckily it matched our front door code so we didn't have to send someone on a jog around. Also walking instructions to find the property were given from the front...

“El lugar no es para adultos mayores , las escaleras de acceso muy descuidadas y con telarañas. No pudimos usar los closets porque estaban muy polvosos y sucios. El refrigerador sucio por fuera y por dentro . La terraza con telarañas y las plantas se están secando en todo el edificio no les ponen agua . Le falta mantenimiento a la casa . En la tina se desperdicia mucha agua. Ya habíamos pagado por eso no nos salimos . La ubicación muy buena”

“Bill and Tiffany were exceptional hosts! I stayed at their apartment attached to a historic mansion in San Diego, and it was an incredible experience. Tiffany arranged discounted zoo tickets for me, and Bill went the extra mile by spending additional time to ensure the hot tub was sparkling clean. The property itself was amazing, located in a great neighborhood. I enjoyed grilling in the backyard every night. Even though it was just me, they treated me like royalty. I wish I could give them ten...

“We traveled to attend a celebration of life for family. We felt very comforted and at peace in this great little place. We found ourselves saying okay let's go home at the end of each day out and about.”

“It was fine. Be aware that there is no dishwasher or laundry facilities. Kitchen is ok, but definitely could use updating. Views are great.”
