“We were visiting for a wedding and this condo had everything we needed. Only hiccup we had was the hot water stopped working but the property manager promptly got it fixed within a day. It's a beautiful location and has easy access to anything in Tacoma. Highly recommend!”

“The condo was much nicer than expected, very modern, beautifully decorated and landscaped, clean, cozy, and well kept. I would give this 5 stars if the backyard was fenced in. It was a challenge to keep our dog contained in the small yard and the privacy from the tenants on either side was lacking. The backyard is also connected to a very busy street, so some safety concerns there without a fence for kids and pets.Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with the other tenants, but it didn't feel……

“We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo. “I enjoyed my two week stay here. Travis was exceptional in responding to my requests. There were 47 steps which was unexpected but after hauling my stuff up- all went well. I enjoyed the pub below whose sound did not penetrate the unit. The location was great for my needs; good access to freeway; parking in the garage was easy. The unit was very clean when I arrived and had everything I needed. Highly recommend.”

“The property is beautiful, as well as the hiking trails right on the river! We had an amazing time, and we definitely will be back. The only downside was that we were expecting a little more privacy with the romantic rv with “private” hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very “private”, as the owners house was visible, and 40ft away. There are other hot tubs on the land that feel more private, as well as an amazing outdoor shower! 10/10 would recommend, and we definitely want to come back! You can tell……

“The house is located in a semi-secluded area that is amazingly peaceful and has wonderful views. The boat house provided a perfect viewing area to watch some seals that were playing on and around a floating dock. It was a great experience for the three of us friends to get together.”
