"This is our 2nd time at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house was perfect for our large family. The downstairs game room was perfect for the kids!! The house was stocked with everything we could need, although the kitchen utensils could be updated. Thanks for a great stay and the neighbors were so friendly!!"

"We had a great time staying here. The place was perfect for a group of 4 but can accommodate even more which we were so surprised about. It was close enough to everything we wanted to see but also far enough away from the city for us to have some peace and quiet. Emily was great and checked in on us during our stay! "We loved Greg’s home, my family felt very comfortable. We fished ( catfish on minnows ), shot poole and watched our Mavs win on Greg’s big screens in and outside. Outside fireplace led to S’mores and midnight conversations. Loved it!!"

"Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Austin, as well as a short walk to the bus tiling Congress Ave, this cozy abode was a great place to stay. Clean with great indoor and outdoor space. As mentioned above, a short walk to the numerous shops and eateries on Congress Ave too. Communication with the property manager was easy and open. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend"

"My husband and i brought our two large dogs for a short getaway. Con (only 1): the only complaint we had is there was no directv or option to stream our nhl team that was in the playoffs! The tv in the living room is older and won’t screen share with devices newer than 2020. The tv on the patio had the option, but the tv is smaller. The tv in the kids room wasn’t smart either. "The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"The house itself was great. Architecturally wonderful with a great pool and view. We would rebook it 100%. A few small issues that I hope the management fixes: 1. When we got there, there was a beer bottle cap and a few small pieces of glass on the pool deck. 2. Pool was littered with dead and live bugs (not the world’s biggest deal as we spent 10 minutes cleaning it out, but listing said pool was cleaned every Friday and we checked in on a Friday). 3. "We arrived very late due to flight changes because of adverse weather. So when we arrived we were very tired from having travelled all day. It was so nice to see that the reservation was exactly as we had seen. We enjoyed having it to have a place for down time from the wedding activities. We would highly recommend."

"Great location! Great host, we had everything we needed. Bungalow was bright, colorful and spacious. A bit of issues initially receiving the access instructions via email, but it could have been on Vbro. We had a few visitors to meet up before our day on the late and they all loved the location and just how cozy our Vbro was. I will add, a deep cleaning (such as dusting) is needed."

"This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area."

"House was clean and quiet. Little difficult to get to for the first time at night. Recommend getting there during daylight for the first time. Otherwise the house exceeded our expectation and was great."

"Cute cabin, newly updated throughout, small yet has everything you need for a weekend or a week. Very quiet area off of the beaten path. Hot tub is huge but the water was a little murky so did not use. It's nothing that a few chemicals won't resolve. Have your own parking spot which is super nice."
