"We enjoyed the condo. The location was central in the complex. It was next to the restaurant and close to elevator to go down to pools and parking. Parking space was close to elevator. Condo was very clean. Perhaps more instruction could be placed by remotes for tv but we figured it out eventually. The condo was nicely equipped. Liquid hand soap was provided by the lavatory in the bathroom but you might wish to bring your favorite body wash or soap. The fitness center and indoor pool/ hot tub...

"Our family is a very active family in so many ways and coming to this home allowed us to recalibrate, relax and release! The home is very quality built and well taken care of. Loved all of the amenities and extras! You can tell management and the owners considered everything. We had tremendous views. Grateful for the sharing of this home."

My only critiques are that there was a weird smell when we first walked in that only got marginally better over our stay. Also, bring your own blankets because you are only provided a thin sheet and blanket."

Minor cleanliness issues that we easily overlooked for our needs for a nice place to stay while visiting Austin and the surrounding area. Owner was very responsive and covered any questions we had."

The space was gorgeous, both indoor and out, and the kitchen contained all the dishes, utensils, and staples we needed to cook a few meals. We loved the pool and the hammock and the nearby walking trail, and there was enough space for all of us to get ready at the same time - we attended a wedding in Hudson Bend. My only suggestion is maybe some more towel hooks in the secondary bathroom upstairs, as there were 5 of us...

"If you're looking for a beautiful, quiet retreat this is the place!"

"This was just the right home for our group of eight this Christmas. The open layout was great for snacking, puzzles and conversation and the large dining room table overlooking the pool and back yard was perfect for meals. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient to restaurants and a nice church for Christmas Eve service. Loved the outdoor fireplace and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and backyard area. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings."

"Everything was very clean and was exactly what was represented in pictures and as described. Had a small problem with wifi after a 10-20 second power outage. Owner was quickly responsive and helpful. All in all, a satisfactory experience."

"The experience we had for 3 days at this Vrbo was awesome! It is a little off the beaten path in terms of downtown Austin, but the area offers a lot within a short distance. Food and drinks, grocery, catering, etc were all very very manageable. The separation of buildings and sleeping arrangements allows everyone to have space and time as needed! The pool is great and many activities are provided for your use, which we took full advantage off. My few suggestions would be to add more hosting...

"House was clean and quiet. Little difficult to get to for the first time at night. Recommend getting there during daylight for the first time. Otherwise the house exceeded our expectation and was great."

"Cute cabin, newly updated throughout, small yet has everything you need for a weekend or a week. Very quiet area off of the beaten path. Hot tub is huge but the water was a little murky so did not use. It's nothing that a few chemicals won't resolve. Have your own parking spot which is super nice."
