"Beautiful property and just as expected/listed! Joyce was responsive and easy to work with. Large backyard equipped with a gas grill and fire pit. We also enjoyed a couple games of bags! We really enjoyed our stay. Spent a day downtown Franklin and took an Uber to downtown Nashville a couple of times! Great times!"

"This home was a home away from home. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Andrea was available for any questions we had and made sure we were stocked up for the outdoor fun as well! I would 100% recommend this place to all my friends and family!! "Every thing was as presented. many interesting details and decora. Great country feeling We used the firepit and amble supply of fire wood on hand. Barbecued 1 evening using the supplied grill. Draw backs; bq grill barely cooked. dirty burners? Master bathroom needs much better lighting at the sink. Only 1 tv of 3 was used. Never could get Wi fi to work. Howver bedroom tv worked. But a great atmosphere overall."

"Very clean and comfortable property. We had no issues with any part of the stay. It appears that we might have been the first to stay since listed as most of the items common to the house still had tags on them or in the boxes. The listing discription said it has a hot tub but it does not, that wasnt a deal breaker for us though. They might have just checked the wrong box by mistake when creating the listing. The master bath does have a deep soaker like tub however. App communication was good...

"As soon as I arrived I felt as if I was at home. The quaint little house was nestled on a quiet tree lined street. After a quick trip to a near by store we were ready relaxe and watch tv and settle in for the night. Thank you Gretchen!!"

"This was our second stay at Harmony Cottage and we love it! It's a perfect little cottage for my husband and I. It's clean, well-appointed, wonderful location, quiet street, and a very good bed. I personally love the walk-in shower with a hand-held shower head. Kitchen is really nice with everything you could possibly need. We'll try to stay there on our next trip to Franklin...probably 2 years down the road when our next grandchild graduates from high school."
