"My Casita Guest House was just what we needed. Calm & Cozy!! Close to freeway, close to stores and a quiet neighborhood. Hosts are easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The owner was a great communicator. The property is conveniently located to city life and hiking areas. I would stay again if I need to return to the area. Things I would love the see in the steps illuminated especially at the bottom, better signage for the parking spot, better communication for trash receptacles and new mattresses. I am not a big city person as the city is too active/busy for me but this was a pretty good stay for the crazy city...

"Amazing views at a clean renovated property. The wrap around porch with floor to ceiling windows is great for soaking in views and plenty of natural light within. The location felt safe and relatively quiet. We enjoyed the open concept layout and comfy couch. It is worth noting that the setup of this rental is that of a main studio, with a spacious completely detached bedroom unit. "Property was very clean! Lots of space and beds were comfortable. Also had use of the washer and dryer, which was appreciated. Had to request check in and check out info from the owner, as it wasn't included in the listing, but good communication overall. Octavio responded quickly to all of my requests. Would have liked a little more cookware and paper towels (there was only one small frying pan available), but the house worked well for what we wanted it for. Thank you!"
