"Booked this villa due to price, location, but primarily facilities in property, such as themed kids rooms, games room pool and cinema as we were a party if 11 wanting space and entertainment. A.phitos on booking site did not do the place justice - it was amazing and the resort facilities such as lazy river, slides and club house were an added bonus. "2nd time staying I’m storey lake . Kids love the house , pool, hot tub, and game rooms.by his house was little further away from club house than the last house we stayed in. My grandkids enjoyed riding their bikes to clubhouse but we still loved our stay.."

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"There is not one negative thing I could say about this property. We were in Florida for my daughter’s cheer comp and her brothers had to tag along. The house provides perfect space for everyone to be comfortable, the pool was great entertainment for everyone. The location was fantastic. The host was so kind and helpful!"

"We arrived about 10 minutes before the 4pm check in time and were denied access which was something we’ve never experienced. We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. Overall, the property is immaculate and had everything that you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t definitely stay here in the future."

"1 block off beach. Older property but very functional in the middle of being updated. Manager ver responsive and even told us that a nighttime launch was taking place. Went to the beach and had a great view. Quiet and close to everything. Showers great"

"Very nice home with enclosed pool on the lake. We had some issues at check in with alarm code and owner was quick to offer help. We messaged owner about the in home temperature and thermostat not working but did not hear back through vrbo messaging, so we delt with it being 80-83 degrees inside the home.
