“The house and grounds were perfect for a gathering of siblings and cousins from distant parts of the US. We had not seen each other in many years. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas worked well for an extended-family lunch.”

“The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!”

“We came up from Manhattan on the train to visit my son who lives in downtown. The apartment met all our needs and the managers were very responsive. There is not much in the immediate vicinity in terms of shops/coffee but we walked to downtown in 25 minutes. One of the beds was much less comfortable than the other. Overall, great and quiet for the price point”
