Our home is our safe haven and pride and joy. We truly want to share the beauty of shippan point and the amenties we offer in our home with you during your stay. We have numerous amenities including our gorgeous back yard with our beautiful cedar pavilion and grilling area with a hot tub to lay back and relax in. Beach access is only a 3 min walk from our home and ready for anyone that wants to see an amazing sunset at the end of a day relaxing and grilling with friends. We are here to make your stay memorable and to see you return again in the future!

Cozy cottage
We enjoyed our stay in the cozy cottage. The house is very cute with cozy modern decor. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion was there was no place to hang clothes in either bedroom which was awkward.

Great stay for families
Nice gathering space in backyard for family dinners. Little further from beach than the pin on the listing, but the hot tub kept the kids occupied instead of long walk to beach. Beautifully decorated house.

Loved Stamford in Shippan Point!
Thank you for sharing your home with us. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and particularly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard where you've made it into a comfortable outdoor living space! We also enjoyed the interior living space to hang out and watch movies at night as well as the study area where we were able to plug our own computer in. We felt very much at home and would happily come again!

Nice house by the beach
The house is spacious and cozy at the same time, very comfortable and overall well equipped. You will find everything you need and then some in the kitchen. The large dining room table was great for meals with a group of six. The location was also great, just a few minutes walk from the beach. Check in was very smooth. And the hottub was fantastic! The two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were lovely. If you are a larger group though there are some caveats about the third bedroom to be aware of. It's actually in a partially finished basement with tiny windows (walls and floor are finished but the ceiling is not so you will be looking up at electrical wires, insulation, etc.). The second queen size bed listed is an air mattress. It was just fine for my 8-year-old, but might not be that comfortable for an adult. Also the nearest bathroom is one floor up and through the kitchen. There were no bedside lamps (with the only light switch outside the room in the hall) and no banister for the steps going down.
