We stayed here as we visited a relative who lived nearby. The building is little dated and a bit expensive, but the room was clean, the bed comfy, and had we needed it, included a refrigerator & microwave. For our purposes, it was perfect!

Liked all the amenities of the hotel as well as the courteous staff. My only complaint is the matress in room 308 that I used has seen better days. Was not comfortable at all. Seems to be falling apart internally.

The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and included real glasses and coffee cups!. We loved the decor of the hotel’s lobby and bar/restaurant — clearly the best of a by-gone era. Denise at the bar was friendly and efficient and made our dining enjoyable. The salads are enormous and really good!
