“Just stayed a wonderful week at this amazing property. Rented a car from Thompson-Honda fit ($330) for the week. That is all you need. You don’t need a Jeep. Trust me. We went every place on the island you can go and it was fine. Only used 1/4 tank the whole week and we were gone everyday. The Nixon house is perfect for a getaway. Wonderful beach and water just outside of the back of the house. The Bach yard has plenty of palm trees, which you don’t see many of on the island like other places so……

“Host Elvis & MayAnn are wonderful people and hosts to this property. All the villas are clean and comfortable. Its remote so the beach is basically a private beach and theres conveniences of food and restaurants in about 15 mins away. You will love your stay here! Definitely coming back!”

“It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. A lot of the island is not in a state that people from developed countries are used to. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and how nice the people from the island are. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches,……

“Gorgeous beach front area that is quiet and is a great deal! Small family run resort/cottages on the north western end of island 45 minutes from Georgetown and 28 minutes from airport. Good communication with host. Resort restaurant did buffet on Sundays. You need to call them if you want service at other times. Free kayaks to use. Paddling to pig island takes only 30 minutes each way. Highly recommend renting a car. If your cottage has a kitchen, bring frozen food and staples……

“Folks, the place is perfect for getting away. Is 30 mintues from Georgetown, so plan for that, but access to amazing beaches is easy, and close to Exuma Water Sports as well for pig tours, etc. Overall would stay here again. Bring food and plan on having some meals made at the villa you cook yourself as some of the local dining spot's including the one offered by this host, may or may not be open. We could never really get solid answers on if the cafe on site was open or closed and getting sold……

“Amazing View! This view is why you come here! I will always stay here while visiting. Wear shoes to cross coral to get to beach. Townhouse is great, spacious,updated and modern.. Directly on Turtle Beach, walk all the way down to cove past lime colored house,around bend to see turtles !”
