Room was good, staff friendly, hotel clean, but from our room we could hear highway noise. Didn’t help that we come from a very quiet neighborhood.. suggest room in the middle of the building.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms need to be updated, especially the bathroom. Shower has no safety bar and needs towel racks.

Architectural design is nice. Not sterile and generic. Old books in lobby are a great idea! Exceptional staff. Pet friendly. Relaxed, friendly environment prompts the guests to greet greet one other.

The Inn at Gig Harbor is a nice quiet Hotel with a friendly staff, great breakfast, and very easy to get in and out out. The Hotel is close to eateries and businesses.

Our room was clean and comfortable but we did not get the room we booked online with a separate area with a couch and TV and we were disappointed to be told all suites are considered equal when booked. Ours just had a chair and desk. Our room was next to a highway so it was loud and we had trouble sleeping. The staff were nice and the breakfast room and continental breakfast was nice. The hotel has a feel of once being rather grand but could use an update.
