The area was kept clean and was well manicured It was sad that some hotel visitors left their trash on the yard and in the pool area. I appreciate the housekeeping and their hard work in keeping the hotel clean and inviting.

Stayed here for one night it was fun and relaxing. Beds were really comfortable and cozy; slept like a baby. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. One of the night audits at front desk answered my questions about the hotel and was very nice; Tanner is his name and he deserves a raise. Breakfast was delicious for what it is and I love they juice fountain they have; it’s like a soda fountain but for juice. All of the breakfast items aren’t always out every day, it varies daily what they put out. Spa pool and pool were very nice, it seemed like they were salt water pools which was cool. Only thing that ever happened was there was a tiny roach in the shower but I just dealt with and cleaned it up after. Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel and I will definitely be coming back.

A nice hotel and the room bathrooms are huge. Free breakfast with great food choices especially if you are a vegetarian. Omelets with vegetables, good coffee and cinnamon roles that actually taste like cinnamon vs just tons of gooey icing. There is a shopping center about a half mile walk down the access road. No sidewalks to get to the center but little traffic on the access road and a grassy area to step onto if necessary. Good kabob place at the shopping center.

Great place to stay. Good service and friendly staff. There was construction going on behind the Holiday Inn but the noise was not loud and distracting. We had a pleasant stay and it was located near Sun City where I have family living. We will stay there again.

The advertised hot tub is not hot but it was mildly warm. When we entered out room, there was a great big toe nail clipping right in the middle of the floor. It was so obvious it looked like it was staged. From there well... The free breakfast was great, but at almost $300 per night, there has to be better accommodations in the the area.

Unlike any IHG Hotel we’ve ever stayed at, NOTGOOD
We always try and stay at IHG hotels when we go away for business or even pleasure because we know we’re going to have a certain expectation of comfort and cleanliness. Well we got the cleanliness but the comfort was the worst we’ve ever had. The lady’s up front were wonderful but after a long day of work we were expecting a great nights sleep and that didn’t happen. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were flat and hard as boulders!! We couldn’t keep the air going no matter how low I set it. It was hot and wholly stuffy like we were in a box!! Very disappointed with this location!!!!
