"There was rust on many of the metal fixtures in the bathroom but it was clean. Bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly, they were accommodating for both my dogs, there is plenty of food, gas and shopping nearby. I would stay there again when traveling through to see family. "

"I ended up buying the suite with the jet tub. Nice sized room. Very clean. Very good lighting. This stay is alot better than many others. Dont expect a nice breakfast at the hotel but one of my favorite places which is the waffe house....is literally near the hotel. There are many nearby places for food as well. This place has very easy access to the highway which i like about it as well. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Even though the storms blew their satellite off of the building and we had no service for live TV, everything was amazing. We spent 2 nights there and by the second night, TV had been restored. But most importantly, we were able to bring our sweet mini heeler 6mos old pup, Smurf! Not many hotels allow pets and if they do, they act like they are just supposed to be invisible and never make a noise. We have a 6mo old puppy who barks, is territorial and very protective but she can be those things...

"We enjoyed our one night stay. The bed was comfortable and one of the better ones we’ve slept in. It was firm but not stiff as a board. Although the hotel is right off the highway and next to Buccees we really don’t hear any outside noise. Breakfast was decent and had multiple options - cereals, muffins, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, waffles, turkey sausage, breads, juices, and coffee. We’ll definitely stay again. "

"Located on 450 acres with a working farm, unit is clean, well furnished , has good AC/heating system. Owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Loved the front porch that was covered so we could hang out during a night time Texas thunderstorm, and a separate area with an outdoor fire pit for when weather is nice. "There was a mix up with rental being double booked. Instead of cabin we reserved 15 months earlier, we were housed in a house apparently used as part of venue operations. It certainly was not what we expected but we made the best of it! It was clean and bed was comfortable so we chose to overlook the minor hiccups. Most importantly it was a great eclipse viewing site and the actual eclipse experience was extraordinary! All staff members were very kind and welcoming."

"The details of the VRBO rental, the Barn, does not do justice to how incredible this rental is. The beauty of the grounds is breathtaking. The barn is extremely clean. "Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! "Even though the storms blew their satellite off of the building and we had no service for live TV, everything was amazing. We spent 2 nights there and by the second night, TV had been restored. But most importantly, we were able to bring our sweet mini heeler 6mos old pup, Smurf! Not many hotels allow pets and if they do, they act like they are just supposed to be invisible and never make a noise. We have a 6mo old puppy who barks, is territorial and very protective but she can be those things at this hotel. They were so great and accommodating. We saw so many people with pets and everyone said their experience was going great as well. We will definitely be back and recommend anyone with or without pets to stay as well. So clean and nice plus all staff was very kind and professional. Don't hesitate! Stay at the TRU by Hilton. "
