“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“First time staying at the property. Room was nice, everything we needed. Beautiful ocean front. Down side…very busy, long wait for elevators, no restaurant, no housekeeping less than 4 nights. For adults I would pick a location less geared towards kids. Not all bad though, had a very nice stay and the beach was AMAZING! ”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“We love, love, love this hotel. It is a little on the expensive side but the location and amenities can't be beat! The night floor gentelman that calls all the ladies Queens is fabulous! I wish I had gotten his name, I have never met someone so positive or helpful in all my 52 years!”

“Pretty much good overall. The only thing we found is that this hotel has a weird policy for housekeeping, and we had to call multiple times to get new towels and our room cleaned (once for a 4-night stay)”

“Fantastic stay here, was not the first time and won’t be the last! The bathroom was remodeled since our last stay as well, which was a nice surprise. The only issue encountered, the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor with a special needs child. That was a major challenge to navigate. Luckily we only stayed one night. Otherwise I would’ve had to make different arrangements. Wish they had let us know before we stayed, however our stay was ultimately pleasant regardless of this issue.……

“The property was nice. Customer Service from front desk was not the greatest. Some of the employees seemed as though, they did not want to be there. (African American employees to be exact) I’m black so this review has nothing to do with race. Also, the room could’ve been a little cleaner as Especially the bathrooms. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. I appreciate housekeeping a lot for replacing our towels. Thank you.”

“Had a problem with check in. My room was supposed to be available at 4pm. I was running late with my arrival so I had dinner with my family and would check in after. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm only to find out that my room was not available. Finally at 9:30pm I was given my room key. Five plus hours after it was supposed to be available. This was the only negative with my two day stay.”

“Perfect in almost every way, i was charged twice for the deposit plus parking fees and I was told the hold would come off one of the charges but It still came out my account. I checked out over 24hrs ago and still no refund so I had to dispute with my bank”
