“The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage……

“The service was exceptional! I would have given it 5 stars but one elevator didnt work at all and the other one had issues also. The room was clean. We had an oceanfront room and the view was amazing! The food in the restaurant, especially the steak, was the best we had on our 4 day stay in Kill Devil Hills! Recommend! ”
